Artist Vendor Application

Applications for 2017 are now being accepted.

This year is a special event! Due to extraordinary calendar alignments, we are having two complete weekends of Faerie Festival. You may apply for either or both of the weekends.

Previously juried applicants and new applicants who inspire us will be notified as early as January, and at regular intervals thereafter.

All applications will be juried by February 15th, 2017. Vendors will be notified of selections by February 20th.
If there are any gaps in the media range of accepted artists, quality applicants may be considered after that date.

There is no fee for jurying; if you are selected, we request that you pay the appropriate booth fee promptly.
All fees are per weekend.

You must provide a link to a website showing at least 3 to 5 images of your products, including information on size and price, and a picture of your booth. If you do not have a website, you can host pictures for free on sites like Photobucket.



[Vendors will be responsible for collecting and remitting NYS sales tax (8% in Broome County.)]



Booth information

Single booth spaces are about 12' x 12', with some irregular spaces available. Contact us for more details if needed.

Single booth fee is $250 for the three days. Booth fees do not include camping passes; any vendors or assistants who want to stay onsite can get a special reduced rate vendor camping passport which includes access to the hospitality kitchen meals and the masquerade. Electric service is in short supply and not available to vendors.

Double booth fee is $150 extra. See the 'Booth Fees' page for details.





We will need to know about your booth to assign the best space for you.

Food Vendors: Your spaces and fees will differ - see the Vendor Fees page. You can describe menu, prices and booth setup in the spaces above, and include booth image.
Your name and a one-sentence description of your fare will be displayed on our website, with link to your site if applicable.
Limited electricity will be available to food vendors on request.

* If you do not yet have a NYS sales tax permit, you can find information and the form through www.tax.state.ny.us.
